  • 1996: Asean trading & Engineering Co., Ltd. established under the license no. 2741/GP-UB by Hanoi People’s Committee
  • 1997: Official signing with Moeller – Germany to become the authorized distributor in North of Viet Nam.
  • 1997: Official signing with Siemens – Germany to become the authorized distributor in North of Viet Nam, distributed Automation System Products.
  • 1998: Aseatec became the authorized distributor in North of Viet Nam, distributed Standard Drives Products.
  • 2007:
    • Changed from Limited Company to Joint Stock Company with business registration No. 0103017319 by Hanoi Investment Department.
    • Aseatec became the Authorised Service Partner of Siemens in Inverters.
  • 2008:
    • Aseatec became the Distributor of Panasonic Electric, distributed SUNX sensors.
    • Aseatec became the Distributor of Mitsubishi Electric, distributed Jet TowelDryers.
    • Aseatec became the member of The Viet Nam vocational. The member card no.298TT/HDNVN by Mrs Nguyen Thi Hang – The president of The Viet Nam vocational.
    • Aseatec became the Authorised Service Partner  of Siemens in Automation System (AS).
  • 2009:
    • Aseatec became the Authorized distributor of Siemens, distributed mesuament sensors (SC- Sensors & Communication) in North of Viet Nam.
    • Official signing with Wago – Germany to become the authorized distributor in North of Viet Nam.
  • 2010: Aseatec be came the Authorized distributor of Siemens, distributed all kind of Siemens products in industrial: Industrial Automation (IA) – Drives Technology (DT).
